Erredue offers a customer service that begins from the start up of the equipment up to the assistance to gas user, following all the flow and purity characteristics necessary to the application. Furthermore we offer programmed maintenance contracts, to perform the proper periodical checks and assistance on the customer equipment.

Erredue offers the possibility to have the complete installation of the equipment, following all the steps, from the design up to the post-sale and customer service. We can develope customized solutions taking account of the application and the production organisation of the final customer.

TECHNICAL PERSONNEL

Erredue can provide high skilled technicians, having a long time experience in on site gas field. We follow the customer from the installation of the equipment up to the start up of the same ones, making on-job training to customer's personnel about oxigen, hydrogen and nitrogen generators use. Furthermore we offer to the customer our availability to follow the whole final test of the equipment directly in our factory.
