Welding

Soldering and brazing torches (oxygen & hydrogen)

The oxyhydrogen flame is made directly from the combustion of hydrogen gas (fuel) and oxygen gas (comburent) produced by the Erredue generators for electrolytic dissociation of water molecule into its two components (hydrogen & oxygen).
The welding flame gets its power directly from plain water, the energy of the welding torch flame provides a better concentration of heat and even it eliminates the related hazards with the carriage and storage of compressed gases.
Using ERREDUE hydrogen and oxygen generators, you replace acetylene, propane and other combustible gases and at the same time the oxygen cylinders, which are known to have a high potential risk of application.

BENEFITS OF THIS TECHNOLOGY
Ecology and environment: no risks derived from the combustion toxicity and / or smoke.

Safety standards: the gas is produced only when the operator requires it to the torch without storage tanks and gas storage facilities (zero risk of explosion).

Economics and functionality: the gases are immediately ready for use at work and in less than a minute at his initial start. The flame has a temperature of nearly 3,000 ° C against, for example, the 1,600 ° C achieved with conventional welding tools: therefore enables to carry out the same job in less time.

Health of welders: the combustion produces only the harmless  vapor of water and thus eliminating the harmful combustion gas of all other combustible gases used for welding, reduces operator fatigue and enhances the quality of human environment in the workplace.

MAIN APPLICATIONS
Cutting steel - welding and brazing metals such as steel, iron, aluminum, silver, bronze, nickel, gold, brass, platinum, copper - welding and cutting with acetylene, oxygen cylinders etc.. - Industrial processes with use of auxiliary burners, boilers, furnaces, incinerators where it required a flame clean, powerful, easy to set and focused - for example welding-modeling-casting. goldsmith's art, art of glass making, electronic integrated circuits - Maintenance and repair of electric motors and so on.
